We are a group of computational statisticians & probabilistic machine learning researchers based at the University of Cambridge, within the MRC Biostatistics Unit.
Our work is at the intersection of precision medicine and molecular data analysis. We develop reusable statistical and machine learning methods, implemented and made available for the broad clinical and scientific communities as open source software.
We are motivated by translational biomedical applications, and seek to combine the care and rigour of traditional biostatistics with the potential of modern machine learning approaches.
